Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Network Specialist for a large enterprise client. You will blend hands-on engineering with high-level network architecture, focusing on data center environments and advanced routing/switching, including SD-WAN and multi-cloud integration.

The role requires architect-level design experience and the ability to diagram and implement complex solutions, collaborating with senior architects to drive network initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of advanced routing and switching experience.
• Strong data center networking background leveraging Nexus Dashboard, ACI, VXLAN.
• Understanding of MPLS and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Architect-level design experience with hands-on implementation abilities.
• Architect-level design and diagramming expertise.
• Experience transitioning from legacy routing technologies to modern architectures.
• Hands-on SD-WAN implementation, design and deployment.
• Understanding of firewall rules and security policy processes.
• Network automation using Ansible and similar tools (Terraform, APIs).
• Proven support of multi-cloud environments including Azure and AWS.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Network Specialist for a large enterprise client supporting a major ongoing network initiatives. This role blends deep technical hands-on engineering with high-level network architecture and design responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned routing and switching expert with extensive data center experience, capable of designing, diagramming, and implementing complex network solutions. This individual will work closely with a team of senior architects in data center environments.

This position can pay $70-$80hr based on experience.
