The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer in navigation software to join a collaborative team in Cambridge, MA. This position is within the esteemed GN&C Analysis software and algorithms group, a core Draper capability and competency. This position provides end to end system lifecycle support with analysis informing concept development, system design, and validation. This position seeks candidates with extensive experience with inertial sensors, navigation, estimation, and system accuracy analysis using methods such as linear covariance analysis and Monte-Carlo simulations. In addition to above skillsets, candidate must have demonstrated technical leadership experience as a primary contributor of navigation software and algorithms working with a small to medium sized team(s) guiding technical development direction.
