Principal Monitoring and Insights Analyst

Americor is seeking a Principal Monitoring and Insights Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. The specific job title and offer will align with the candidate's qualifications.

Essential Job Functions

• Track and guide overall business performance and intraday operations.
• Monitor operational reports and provide insights and updates to leadership.
• Alert the team when operations deviate from expected trajectories.
• Identify cohorts and drivers affecting key metrics.
• Prepare content for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and lead meetings.
• Present insights with clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
• Create and manage data quality monitors.
• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and apply best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Intermediate proficiency in a statistical language; advanced Python preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in visualization tools; advanced Tableau preferred.
• Ability to advise and teach across a data organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or call center operations is a plus.

Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 per year
