About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking executive technology leader to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on executive with a strong background in launching large-scale projects, managing high-performing teams, and delivering results in dynamic environments—especially those involving public sector clients and procurement-driven processes.

As a key member of the executive team, you will collaborate closely with senior-level clients, internal leaders, and cross-functional teams to shape and execute a technology vision that supports business growth, innovation, and client success. A learning and growth mindset is essential, as we value leaders who continuously evolve, mentor others, and stay ahead of emerging technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the clients' technology strategy in alignment with business goals and client needs

• Lead and oversee large-scale, complex technology projects from concept through successful delivery

• Engage directly with senior-level clients, especially in the procurement, to understand mission needs and deliver scalable, impactful solutions

• Guide teams through the nuances of procurement, ERP, RFP responses, and compliance requirements

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Ensure strong governance, security, and delivery practices in all technical operations

• Promote a growth mindset culture, encouraging experimentation, learning, and professional development across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility

• Demonstrated success in launching large-scale technology initiatives with measurable outcomes

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile and fast-paced environments

• Proven ability to work with senior-level clients and stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and leadership

• Deep understanding of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture

• A learning and growth mindset with a track record of mentoring and evolving teams and processes

• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with or for public sector organizations (federal, state, or local government agencies)

• Knowledge of public procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and compliance

• Experience in a startup or growth-stage organization navigating evolving technology needs

• Prior experience in sectors such as govtech, edtech, civic tech, or public infrastructure

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field
