We are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer of RF ICs and MMICs utilizing GaAs and GaN technologies for the Defense and Wireless markets.

They are seeking a Principal MMIC Design Engineer who will report to a team in Milpitas, CA, but can be based remotely anywhere in the USA.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A BSEE degree, preferably with an advanced degree, and 8-15+ years of experience in MMIC Design, including PA, LNA, and other circuits, with some experience designing in GaAs and GaN.
2. Strong skills in circuit simulation (ADS or MW Office), EM Simulation (HFSS), and testing are required.
