Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. seeks a Principal Program Manager to own the software bring-up lifecycle from hardware ideation to labs, data centers, and production servers.

You will coordinate across Neuron and Trainium teams, defining requirements, schedules, and launches, while balancing business needs with technical constraints. The role requires strong PM leadership across hardware bring-up, ML frameworks, and software development programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of projects.
• Provide technical direction with limited assistance.
• Lead cross functional project meetings with VP level audience and stakeholders.
• Lead milestone reviews.
• Present project status to the executive team.
