Qualifications

• Strong production engineering skills and ability to stay hands-on in a modern ML stack.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision for Rovo Chat evaluation and improvement.
• Architect and build production ML systems with data, simulations, and online quality signals.
• Advance agentic capabilities: reasoning, planning, tool use, memory, long-horizon execution.
• Close the loop between evaluation and product impact; deploy interventions to production.
