Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Principal MEP and Facilities Engineer to lead technical direction for building systems and facilities across our operations. This full-time exempt role combines remote/field work with a need to be near a major airport and travel up to 60% for on-site project delivery.

You will drive MEP design, reliability, ongoing maintenance, and facility enhancements, ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met while supporting Curaleaf’s growth in medical and adult-use markets.

Position Summary

The Principal MEP and Facilities Engineer serves as a technical leader responsible for the
