Sierra Space in Louisville, CO is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead multi‑program Thermal Control Systems design and validation for space hardware. You will guide design, analysis, testing, and produc­tion troubleshooting, serving as the RE on contracts and projects.

You will mentor engineers, interact with senior staff, and ensure performance and safety requirements across programs. A U.S. security clearance is required.
