The Air Defense Ground Equipment (ADGE) Department specializes in mechanical design, development, and integration of platform systems, including shelter systems and hardware integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and present Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) activities
  • Lead mechanical engineering development for proposals, program start-up, requirements allocation, design, and production
  • Design, develop, and document components and major end items for defense systems
  • Collaborate across disciplines and with suppliers to develop robust solutions
  • Guide on design standards, documentation, and analysis approaches
  • Work independently to meet technical, schedule, and budget commitments
  • Participate in design reviews and trade studies
  • Apply technical expertise in hardware development and problem-solving
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM
  • 8+ years of engineering experience
  • 5+ years in design, development, or support roles
  • Proficiency in solid modeling (e.g., Pro/Engineer/CREO)
  • Knowledge of GD&T and ASME standards
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Air and Missile Defense or military products
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills
  • Proposal development experience
  • Knowledge of program management tools and processes
  • Experience with PDM/Windchill and manufacturing systems
  • Existing secret clearance is a plus
