Required BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in relevant sectors, excellent English communication, and API/ANSI/NEMA/ASTM familiarity. On-site, with travel to vendor facilities as needed.

Join Worley's Monrovia or Long Beach office as a Principal Process Engineer within the Materials Handling Engineering Group, where you'll provide technical and leadership excellence across multidisciplinary projects. In this role, you'll lead project execution and discipline deliverables, ensuring alignment with company and client procedures while driving continuous improvement in work processes. You'll develop innovative technical solutions to complex engineering challenges, oversee and mentor a team of engineers, and support the successful delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.
At least 15 years in petrochemical and refining with project design, execution, construction.
On-site and/or in-refinery experience.
Oil and Gas experience.
Additional experience in the Power industry, Carbon Capture, or Arctic environment is valued.
