Purpose:
Join Worley’s Monrovia or Long Beach office as a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer within the Mechanical Engineering Group, where you’ll provide technical and leadership excellence across multidisciplinary projects. In this role, you’ll lead project execution and discipline deliverables, ensuring alignment with company and client procedures while driving continuous improvement in work processes. You’ll develop innovative technical solutions to complex engineering challenges, oversee and mentor a team of engineers, and support the successful delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.
