Qualifications

• PhD with 4–6+ years of relevant experience or MS/BS with 6–10+ years in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Deep LC-MS expertise for protein characterization and biotherapeutics.
• Strong knowledge of CMC drug development and IND/BLA regulatory filing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead MS characterization strategy across all development stages and commercial launch.
• Design, run, and interpret LC-MS analyses to understand protein modalities and root causes.
• Develop MS methods including multi‑attribute method (MAM) strategies.
• Identify and quantify CQAs and PTMs to ensure analytical control.
• Support process development milestones and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners; mentor team members.
