Job summary
CesiumAstro is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Technician in Westminster, CO to perform the organization\'s most advanced assembly, integration, inspection, and testing activities for complex products. You will resolve production issues, mentor technicians, and drive process improvements across manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain teams.
The role requires an associate degree or technical training with 7+ years in manufacturing, and extensive knowledge of MES/ERP, advanced
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical training; 7+ years in manufacturing or related operations.
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical and electrical assembly, engineering drawings, and production practices.
- Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced assembly, integration, and testing of complex products.
- Develop manufacturing approaches to optimize assembly methods and workflows.
- Identify and resolve highly complex manufacturing issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Provide guidance on assembly methods, tooling, and inspection techniques.
- Support new product introductions and process improvements.
- Mentor manufacturing personnel and promote best practices.
