About the Role:

As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in expanding our pharmaceutical sector footprint in the Americas. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic client engagements, and lead business development initiatives, use your pharmaceutical background and expertise to create thought leadership pieces and help our next group of consultants develop their career through mentoring and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve consulting targets within the pharma sector
  • Lead high-impact client engagements across TGP’s full suite of solutions, including workshops and training courses
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to C-suite executives
  • Identify growth opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating projects
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of clients, meeting revenue targets and exceeding client expectations
  • Develop insights, create impactful assets, and drive strategic initiatives in Global Excellence

About You:

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, either through consulting or industry roles
  • Strong business development or sales skills, with a knack for spotting new opportunities
  • Exceptional relationship management with C-suite and senior executives
  • Skilled in project management, delivering multiple, concurrent projects
  • PowerPoint and pitch deck expert, with compelling storytelling abilities
  • Passionate about mentoring and supporting others in their development
