Job summary

Storm3, a market-leading Clinical AI startup in an extreme-growth phase, seeks a technical leader to shape the AI stack and stay at the frontier of research. You will work as a peer to the C-Suite to guide model selection, benchmarking, evals, and fine-tuning, while driving impactful features and research integration.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the CTO & CEO on technical decisions, researching frontier AI, leading 0→1 feature development, mentoring engineers, and interfacing

Qualifications

• Significant research experience in ML, CS, NLP or related field (PhD or publications).
• Expert in Python, PyTorch, or JAX, and core ML competencies (training, fine-tuning, inference).
• AI-first approach and ability to lead research directions.

Join a market-leading Clinical AI startup that is in an extreme-growth phase. This is a technical leadership position, you'll work as a peer to C-Suite helping lead technical decisions across their AI stack (model selection, benchmarking, evals, fine-tuning etc.), while staying at the frontier of relevant research to incorporate into their systems.

Requirements

• HealthTech/Healthcare experience highly preferred
