You will own KPI-driven performance, collaborate with suppliers and project teams, and travel 30-40% to support major transitions while maintaining rigorous safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (logistics, supply chain, or related area).
• 8+ years in logistics and transportation, with oversized or critical industrial/energy equipment.
• Knowledge of NRC, DOT, and heavy-haul regulations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value shipments on tight schedules.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and vendor management.
• Ability to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute logistics strategies to reduce risk, support schedule objectives, and optimize cost.
• Plan and manage transportation of oversized nuclear components, reactor modules, and long-lead items.
• Coordinate multimodal shipments (road, rail, barge, and other specialized modes).
• Lead negotiations with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with NRC, DOT, and related regulations.
• Own logistics performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers, project teams, and site logistics to align delivery schedules.
