Qualifications

• PhD or terminal degree in a relevant field with strong research design experience.
• Proven ability to translate research into product decisions and business impact.
• Experience leading applied research across multiple teams or companies.

Responsibilities

• Audit research gaps across Lemnis collective companies and identify evidence needs.
• Design and execute studies (RCTs, quasi-experiments, longitudinal analyses).
• Translate findings into product and feature recommendations for multiple product lines.
• Provide research-informed data to Sales and Marketing for credible ROI narratives.
• Contribute to ethical AI practices and CEAI standards in research.
