The candidate will mentor a growing research team, design robust studies, ensure methodological rigor, and align projects with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and leading education research studies in the U.S. K-12 EdTech industry.
• 5+ years of experience in education research, data science, or analytics in applied settings.
• Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of researchers.
• Define and drive the company-wide research roadmap.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for product, marketing and sales.
