Key Requirements

• California Licensure Required (PLA, ASLA, AICP, or LEED AP)

• Strong track record in business development
• Familiarity with the Southern California region and client landscape
• Must be proficient in: AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial principle
