• Licensed Landscape Architect with 8–12+ years of experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-profile projects from design to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple projects from concept through construction.
• Establish design vision, maintain quality control, and uphold innovation.
• Mentor and support project teams with guidance and development.
• Direct client engagement, including presentations and reviews.
• Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape design.
• Review design documents and ensure compliance with codes and permits.

As a Principal Landscape Architect, you will provide strategic leadership and design oversight across multiple projects. You will mentor and guide design staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure that design solutions align with project goals, budgets, and sustainability principles.
