The role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with Product, Design, and QA, and driving robust engineering practices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of full-stack engineering experience with complex systems.
• Fluent English communication (C1+).
• Proven success shipping production SaaS/B2B/FinTech apps.
• Hands-on AI feature development and integration.
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, and prompt frameworks.
• Strong JS/TS expertise; backend Node.js and frontend React/Vue.
