Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Java based applications.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud and DevOps (AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Harness).
• 4+ years of experience with CICD (Jenkins, JIRA, GIT).
• 2+ years of experience with distributed applications.
• 2+ years of experience in JavaScript framework application development.
• Experience with technically leading teams.
• Experience with Relational and non-relational DB.
• Experience with Logging / monitoring frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of IAM and secure coding practices (OWASP, Sysdig, Black Duck, Veracode).
• Ability to write clean, bug‑free code that is easy to understand and maintainable.
• Get stuff done and flexible mindset for greater good of the organization.
• Intellectually curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business features in the application, integrating with upstream data-sources and presenting data via UI.
• Collaborate with business, technical and non-technical professionals in an agile environment.
• Help build a stronger team to support in-house development as vendor engagement ends.
• Provide DevOps, backend, and UI development guidance and leadership.
• Collaborate with leads to solve complex multi-system project solutions.
• Ensure project health, plan for future hurdles, and manage delivery timelines.
• Code, test, troubleshoot, debug, and document the systems.
• Prepare the application for production by delivering nonfunctional requirements.
• Recommend technologies and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
