Job Description

The Principal IT Strategy & Planning Analyst is responsible for executing, continuously improving, and managing the health of the Resource Planning Management, Time Tracking, and Communication services. Additionally, this role will serve as a backup for other IT Strategy & Planning services.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and coordinate complex processes including data management, reporting, workflow processing, and communication across multiple teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned services.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for service and process improvements.
  • Lead the implementation of tool and process changes, ensuring quality and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct training and provide consulting to support service customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and IT leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
  • 8 years of experience in IT or business operations, including 3 years in process design and improvement.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Proficiency with Excel; SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing IT Strategy & Planning services.

  • Constant sitting, handling, talking, and hearing.
  • Frequent reaching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Visual abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

All employees must understand and attest to security responsibilities and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

Salary range: $94,000 - $160,000 based on experience and skills.
