Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• 10+ years of experience in application support.
• Solid understanding of physical and financial commodities.
• Strong SQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes like Agile, Waterfall.
• Experience with Remedy and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of RightAngle data flow and modules such as Deal Capture, Contract Management, Lease Center, Credit, Risk, Scheduling, Inventory, and Settlements.
• Ability to test business scenarios in RightAngle from deal capture to invoicing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with end-users, developers, and managers to support RightAngle.
• Document issues and enhancements for the development team.
• Field questions from end-users and assist with data issues.
• Create and maintain system functional design documents.
• Complete analysis, testing and deployment for RightAngle upgrades and releases.
• Follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
• Support after-hours on business-critical tasks.
• Contribute to best practice library and mentor others.
• Handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Ensure requirements meet corporate compliance and communicate across the org.
