Job summary

Solano County IT is hiring an IT Analyst Principal – Software Engineer to drive design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions across the County. You will apply Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful APIs, Visual Studio/Code, and Azure to build scalable, robust solutions aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years’ experience across the Power Platform stack, Dataverse, API integration, and secure lifecycle management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; is noted for information technology or related field.
• Six years of information technology systems and/or application development and support experience, including two years in project lead or supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integrations to enable communication between applications (on-premises or cloud).
• Lead architecture and design decisions across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, and change management.
• Provide technical insights to development teams throughout the software lifecycle and conduct workshops to showcase low-code capabilities.
