Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Principal iOS Engineer who can drive initiatives, elevate code quality, and mentor others across teams. You will lead the mobile stack, work with cross-functional partners, and shape robust, scalable iOS solutions.

You will work on the latest iOS technologies and patterns, collaborate with PMs, designers, and SDMs, and help deliver high-quality features from concept to launch. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected; remote collaboration with teams in the US and

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
6+ years of software development experience.
7+ years iOS experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
Familiarity with Objective-C.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to drive cross-team design decisions.
Experience delivering quality code on a deadline.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive the teams’ technology stacks to build robust, scalable, and operable iOS systems.
Contribute to mobile application development from concept to launch.
Implement client-side features and server APIs for mobile functionality.
Collaborate with an agile cross-team of developers, testers, designers & PMs to build features that engage users.
Deliver performant, readable code using architecture and design best practices.
