Aave Labs is seeking a Principal iOS Engineer to lead the iOS engineering team and shape the architecture of the Aave App. You'll combine hands-on technical depth with day-to-day team leadership to deliver a secure, intuitive consumer savings experience built on blockchain infrastructure.

This role owns the technical direction for iOS, from application architecture and engineering standards to wallet security, transaction flows, performance, and release quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production iOS applications.
• Experience leading engineers at Principal or Lead level.
• Strong Swift and UIKit expertise.
• Experience integrating blockchain functionality in iOS apps.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the iOS architecture for the Aave App.
• Lead the integration of on-chain and off-chain features.
• Define standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
• Mentor and grow the iOS engineering team.
