Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Administration.
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in school administration or a leadership role.
• Must hold valid state certification in School Administration/Instructional Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary instructional leader, ensuring high-quality classroom instruction aligned with district standards.
• Cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment for students, faculty, and parents.
• Direct all daily operations of the school campus, including scheduling, student discipline, and facility maintenance.
• Supervise and evaluate all school-based personnel and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Manage the school-level budget in coordination with the Head of School and CSFO, ensuring proper use of funds.
