Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture of scalable distributed systems.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive incident response.
• Proficient in ensuring system durability, availability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the team in architecture and design of highly scalable distributed systems.
• Lead bottleneck identification and optimization for hyper-scale workloads.
• Define scalability requirements with stakeholders and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Design fault-tolerant, in-service upgradable systems with automated patching and rollbacks.
• Establish KPIs, telemetry, and dashboards for system health and reliability.
• Approach security with enterprise‑level controls and remediation planning.
• Oversee automation strategies (IaC) and change management for rolling updates.
