Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Principal Information Security Engineer to lead security across its infrastructure, applications, and internal systems. This highly technical, hands-on role emphasizes scalable security foundations while enabling fast, safe business movement.

You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Legal, and Compliance to design secure systems, improve detection and response, and reduce organizational risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in at least one systems language (Go/Rust/C++).
• Strong code-level security and production software experience.
• Deep AWS infrastructure expertise (IAM, EKS, RDS).
• Experience with penetration testing or red team tooling.
• Ability to automate security tooling from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal security tooling from scratch.
• Identify vulnerabilities across AWS-based stack and code.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling to scale offensive security testing.
• Build security automation for detection, response, and remediation.
• Conduct hands-on penetration testing and research.
• Partner with engineering to remediate findings without slowing development.
• Participate in security on-call rotation and incident response.
• Contribute to threat modeling and security design reviews.
