Job summary

SentiLink Corp is seeking a Principal Software Engineer, Product Security to lead security across our infrastructure, applications, and internal systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on building scalable security foundations while enabling the business to move quickly and safely.

You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Legal, and Compliance to design secure systems, strengthen cloud posture, and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security or related roles.
• Proficient in at least one systems language (Go/Rust/C++).
• Experience designing and shipping production software end-to-end.
• Deep AWS infrastructure expertise (IAM, EKS, RDS, networking).
• Ability to identify security misconfigurations and vulnerabilities across cloud architectures and code.
• Experience with penetration testing or red team tooling.
• Experience building security automation from scratch.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal security tooling, including agent-based tooling, code analysis tooling, dynamic scanning, and security assessment tools.
• Identify vulnerabilities across SentiLink's AWS-based stack (application code, configurations, integrations).
• Develop AI-assisted and agent-based tooling to scale offensive security testing.
• Build and maintain security automation improving detection, response, remediation.
• Conduct hands-on penetration testing and vulnerability research.
• Partner with engineering to remediate findings and embed security into development processes.
• Participate in security on-call rotation and incident response testing.
• Contribute to threat modeling and security reviews for new systems, focusing on cloud integrations and identity flows.
• Stay current on offensive security techniques and AI-assisted tooling in fintech/identity.
