    Responsibilities:
    - Decipher clients' needs in Engineering Solutions for Aerospace & Defense
    - Educate clients on DXC Engineering capabilities and success stories
    - Maximize sales effectiveness and drive sales performance to achieve targets
    - Lead complex selling efforts and close new business
    - Create strategic plans and assist in closing opportunities
    - Build strong relationships with clients and internal account teams
    - Interact with senior management at clients and within DXC
    - Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Degree a plus
    - Core management consulting skills, including workshop facilitation and client interviews
    - Experience running end-to-end digital sales cycles
    - Prior experience in a complex matrixed organization model is a plus
    - Experience working with strategic vendors
    - Ability to design client business cases
    - Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship
