Charter School Network in the New York City area is seeking an immediate-need Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a high-impact leadership role within a charter network committed to academic excellence.

The Principal will lead efforts to achieve strong academic outcomes and social-emotional development, drawing on a track record with high-performing schools and a passion for transforming public education in NYC and beyond.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of teaching experience and 2+ years of principal experience with extraordinary outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience at a high-performing charter school/network is preferred.
• History of strong academic outcomes through state-wide assessments.
• Strong connection to the organization's mission and educational philosophy.
• Stellar communicator and people manager with the ability to influence change.
• Data-driven with a clear vision of instructional excellence.
• Ambitious, high EQ, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build a school culture that is joyful and rigorous for staff, students, and families.

Terrific Principal position with a charter school network in the New York City area. There is an immediate need for a Principal for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Principal will be responsible for achieving a high level of academic success and social-emotional development for their students. Ideal candidates will bring experience from a high performing charter school network, have a demonstrated track record of fostering academic success, and bring a passion for changing the landscape of public education in NYC and beyond.
