• Own the technical design and end-to-end delivery of high-complexity IAM features.
• Mentor and upskill senior developers on the team.
• Define deliverables and milestones within approved scope.
• Implement standards-based identity flows (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) with IAS/AMS.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for engineering team.
