Job Description

Principal – Human Capital Management Transformation, Infosys Consulting

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with experience in human capital management cross-industry.

TALENT & ORGANIZATION PRINCIPAL ROLE

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Lead, design, and drive delivery of Human Capital Management Digital Enablement services. Develop and implement business transformation programs focusing on process and technology changes to ensure adoption and value realization. Experience with HCM digital solutions and organizational change management (OCM) enablers such as stakeholder engagement, job and organizational design, HR policy alignment, change impact assessments, business architecture planning, optimization, and transformation.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in leading and delivering change programs in areas such as:

  • ERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, etc.)
  • Collaboration initiatives (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Cloud, AI, automation initiatives
  • HR Shared services design, outsourcing, and managed services
  • M&A transformations and large-scale restructuring

Support sales and business development activities; sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and design organizational HCM transformation programs for large-scale engagements.
  • Manage client interactions, demonstrate expertise, and address client needs.
  • Project-manage HCM work, resources, timelines, and budgets; report on status, risks, and issues.
  • Manage teams, track performance, foster trust and collaboration, and encourage innovation.
  • Serve as liaison between client, project team, and partners; oversee quality assurance.
  • Identify complex client issues, develop client relationships, and establish thought leadership.
  • Assist in selling Human Capital Management services and contribute to thought leadership and IP development.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 7 years).
  • Ability to travel 4 days/week to client locations.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Residency within 2 hours of specified Hub locations (Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY, Basking Ridge NJ, Atlanta, San Francisco, Seattle).
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience leading HCM transformation projects for a major consultancy.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle transformation programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation varies by location, with estimated annual pay between $123,500 and $154,500.
