Sigil Partners Staffing is seeking a Technical and Quality Leader to apply metallurgical knowledge and heat treating experience to operations. You will partner with Quality to ensure processes meet customer specs, AS9100 and NADCAP requirements, and coach plant managers toward clear responsibilities and performance goals.

Based in Minneapolis, you will support SOPs, training, and corrective actions, promote cross-location communication, assess staffing needs with HR, and drive consistent

Qualifikationen

• BS in Metallurgy or Materials Science is required.
• MS in Metallurgy or Materials Science is a plus.
• 10+ years of hands-on heat-treat operations experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving process improvements.
