Job summary

Ramboll seeks a Principal in its Global Health Sciences team to lead human health risk assessment, community health, and environmental health projects. This hybrid role focuses on building client relationships and delivering technically robust solutions.

Successful candidates bring a strong BD track record, leadership across multidisciplinary teams, and ability to communicate complex science to regulators, clients, and stakeholders. Seattle-based or other U.S. locations supported.

Qualifications

Successful candidates typically possess an advanced degree in Public Health, Toxicology, Environmental Health or related discipline.
15+ years of environmental health consulting or related experience.
Proven business development and revenue generation track record.
Strong relationships with industry, regulatory, and government clients.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience with environmental justice, PFAS, or emerging contaminants is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and client leadership across industrial, commercial, government, and legal sectors.
Direct complex risk assessment and community health projects with technical leadership and QA.
Publish technical articles and participate in professional societies and regulatory forums.
Mentor junior consultants and help grow Ramboll's Health Sciences practice.
