Job summary

SID Global Solutions is hiring an Senior Cloud Architect to design secure, scalable GCP architectures for enterprise clients in Exton, PA. You will lead migrations, modernization, and multi-cloud initiatives, building cloud-native platforms with GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, and security practices.

You will develop data platforms using BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Spark, while advancing GenAI/Agentic AI solutions with Gemini and Vertex AI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 7+ years Google Cloud architecture and implementation experience.
• Experience with GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Anthos, IAM, networking, security.
• Experience with Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Generative AI, RAG, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with Apigee X/Hybrid, API Management, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, IaC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud automation.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, highly available GCP architectures for enterprise customers.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, hybrid-cloud, and multi-cloud transformation initiatives.
• Architect cloud-native platforms using GKE, Cloud Run, Anthos, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, and GCP networking/security services.
• Design modern data platforms using BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataform, Datastream, Data Fusion, Pub/Sub, and Apache Spark.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Gemini Enterprise, Gemini, Vertex AI, RAG, AI Agents, Enterprise Search, and multi-agent architectures.
• Lead API and integration architecture using Apigee X, Apigee Hybrid, API Gateway, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API security.
• Define architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and cloud engineering best practices.
• Support DevOps, platform engineering, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevSecOps, monitoring, and observability initiatives.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical discussions, solution design sessions, and proof-of-concepts with customers.
• Partner with CIOs, CTOs, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to define technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Mentor cloud architects, engineers, AI specialists, data engineers, and integration teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in GCP, GKE, Cloud Run, Anthos, IAM, networking, security, and platform engineering.
• Strong experience with BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataform, Pub/Sub, Spark, data lakes, data warehouses, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong expertise in Apigee X/Hybrid, API Management, API Security, API Governance, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, application modernization, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Apigee, TOGAF, CKA/CKAD certifications.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, REST APIs, GraphQL, React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecom, or public sector.
• Experience building cloud accelerators, reusable frameworks, enterprise AI platforms, and modernization solutions.
