About the role

Principal - Market Access - $250,000-260,000 base + 30% Bonus+ + Benefits. US remote.

My client are innovative, visionary Global Market Access and Pricing Strategy consultancy and are expanding due to significant growth. Due to the type of work they are doing, and the capabilities of their team, there is no one else out there completing projects like they are.

If you want to join a group of likeminded, passionate Global Market Access individuals, in a team that has grown by 300% over the last 5 years, this is a rare opportunity to do so. You will have varied responsibilities, naturally, with plenty of opportunity to develop personally and to support in the development of the company, whilst bolstering services and developing the future growth of the firm and its people. There is no hard BD targets in your first year.

Your responsibilities can include:

  • Managing projects and teams whilst remaining client facing.
  • Leverage your relationships to drive growth and support implementing company strategies.
  • Leading client contact and weekly meetings, whilst advising based on their needs.
  • Have access to user interfaces of company platforms, which will accelerate timelines of client projects.
  • Utilizing your Market Access subject matter expertise to help guide clients through challenges presented.
  • Line management and development of junior members of the team through training and mentoring.

Required skills / experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing and / or Payer Research consulting or relevant experience.
  • Strong track record of project leadership and client management skills.
  • US expertise in Market Access and relevant payer systems (Eu5).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team building capabilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in health policy, life sciences, economics, or related business-related field.
