Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in Boston is seeking an experienced fundraiser to identify, network with and engage ultra-high net worth philanthropists. This fundraiser will be a key member of both the Massachusetts philanthropy team and TNC's global wealth markets team - a cross cutting global team spanning eleven key wealth markets across the world.

This is a new role supporting TNC's new Global Wealth Market Initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience in major gift fundraising or wealth philanthropy.
• Ability to identify and qualify high-potential prospects.
• Strong collaboration with teams and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with new prospective donors in the Boston market.
• Qualify prospects and tailor engagement strategies for each.
• Collaborate with prospect development, philanthropy operations, volunteers and senior leaders to advance relationships.
