ECS Group of Companies in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead major projects across infrastructure, commercial, industrial and data-center sectors. You will provide technical leadership, mentor staff, review reports, and drive client relationships, acting as the Engineer of Record and the region's primary technical authority.

Formación

• 12+ years of geotechnical and transportation engineering experience.
• PE license required; PG license may be acceptable depending on state requirements.
• Proficiency with DOT GDM and AASHTO LRFD specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as final technical reviewer and signatory for geotechnical reports and designs.
• Oversee development of geotechnical reports and design packages with Engineer of Record seal.
• Provide technical expertise across branch and region on regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers, technicians, designers and PMs.
• Lead complex designs for slope stability, foundations, retaining structures and settlements.
• Direct field exploration activities (drilling, test pits, inspections).
• Drive business development by meeting clients and expanding transportation portfolio.
• Collaborate with Associate Principal review committee to mentor future leaders.
