Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services LLC seeks a seasoned GEOINT specialist to lead conformance and interoperability efforts across DoD/IC programs. The role requires extensive experience with GEOINT data modeling, fusion, and analytics, plus active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.

Candidate will engage with enterprise environments, ensure conformance to DISR/DoDAF and JCIDS, and support joint operations across partner systems. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field as listed; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience supporting GEOINT programs within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Deep understanding of GEOINT standards, conformance, data formats, and integration best practices across enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of GEOINT interoperability requirements for GEOINT systems and/or GEOINT components involving multiple assets, platforms, capabilities, including allied partner systems.
• Familiarity with DISR, ICSR, DoDAF, and JITC conformance and governance processes.
• Familiarity with JROC and/or JCIDS.
• Experience supporting military or IC operations through geospatial data modeling, fusion, and analytics.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
