You will mentor teams, develop metrics, and communicate findings with stakeholders across HP, leveraging Python, LangChain, Azure ML, and Docker in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in AI with extensive Generative AI experience.
• Experience with GenAI and related technologies including ML, data analytics, and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to create GenAI models and digital products.
• Develop monitoring metrics reflecting real-world model performance.
• Manage relationships with senior business partners.
• Translate insights into visualizations communicating business value.
• Ensure models are scalable and deployable in cloud/edge.
• Mentor staff and guide project teams in best practices.
• Represent DS in cross-functional meetings and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
