Job summary

BrandConnectAI is seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to own the architecture of the platform end to end, including brand and creator portals, services, and the AI systems that match creators to briefs.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you write code but also elevate the team through design reviews, mentoring, and setting engineering standards. You will drive architecture decisions and help shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production web applications.
• Depth in TypeScript across the stack, plus a modern framework (React or similar).
• Strong relational data modeling and safe schema-migration practice at scale.
• Production cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred) and CI/CD ownership.
• A track record of technical leadership without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across the portals, backend services, and data layer.
• Set engineering standards — testing, code review, migration safety, security review.
• Lead the hardest technical problems: payout correctness, verification integrity, and scale.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar through design review and pairing.
