The Challenge

We are seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer passionate about solving problems to join our agile Product Engineering team. Principal Software Engineers develop new frontend and/or backend features and support existing development efforts for our leading platform.

Your Mission

Development

• Support development of web and mobile interfaces for product modules or prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular 8+, Ember, React, and/or design, develop, and unit test applications deployed to MS Azure, while assisting with cloud architecture using Python, Core Java, REST, and Spring ecosystem.
• Achieve at least 80% code coverage or adhere to revised team standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with UX, Product Managers, Product Owners, and other developers to contribute to planning and grooming sessions, and drive system architecture and component design discussions.
• Support the team to complete all stories within the sprint per the sprint goal.

Support

• Reduce defects in the module/product by catching and fixing issues early.
• Ensure critical and high-priority CII's are delivered per SLA.

Code Review

• Conduct peer reviews to improve code quality.
• Assist junior developers with development testing, exploratory testing, AI testing, and test automation.

Lead

• Help build high-performing teams, mentor team members, and create development opportunities.

You Are

A self-learner open to new technologies, processes, or techniques to improve software quality, and someone who asks questions to clarify understanding.

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering or development experience.
• Experience with frontend (HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript) or backend (Python, Core Java, Spring Boot, REST, Kafka, Docker).
• Recent experience with Drupal, Ember, React, Angular 8+, Python, or Core Java.
• Familiarity with cloud providers such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.

Salary Range: $139,725—$209,587.50 USD. Location-specific details available during recruitment.
