Job summary

JITX is seeking a principal engineer to drive technical direction across major product areas and own them end-to-end, from user management to the core design application. You will architect and implement critical components, coordinate with stakeholders, and elevate engineering standards across the team.

In a tight, startup-like environment, you’ll mentor others, review code, and push for scalable patterns while solving complex geometry-driven runtimes and server-side workflows.

Qualifications

• Extensive full stack experience with TS/React and Python, with architectural decisions at scale.
• Strong problem solving with graphs, trees, and computational efficiency.
• Ability to drive technical direction and unify the team on architecture.
