The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Specialist, Operations Finance (Program Cost Controls). In this role your main responsibility will be supporting the East Coast Factories. In this role you'll be responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.
You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments.
Lastly, you will prioritize resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
