Job Summary:

The Principal FAE - Solutions Enablement will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing new or existing opportunities in the global IT market. The FAE will work with customers at all levels, manage projects with internal and external teams, and support business growth. Customer focus and solution expertise are key, along with ensuring business continuity and support. The FAE must coordinate with multiple departments to align projects with customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of FAEs to support revenue growth across assigned accounts.
  2. Develop solution architecture and deliver presentations to expand account penetration and loyalty, especially within Fortune 1000 companies.
  3. Collaborate with sales and extended teams to understand customer and partner requirements and provide optimized technical solutions.
  4. Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and oversee solution implementation.
  5. Engage effectively with C-level technical stakeholders to build trust.
  6. Diagnose system architecture issues, hardware, and software interactions; possess basic hardware debugging skills.
  7. Manage and lead product hardware and software engineers during development and in-field problem resolution.
  8. Understand firmware, drivers, OS, and applications interactions that may cause system issues.
  9. Develop and review system solutions, technical bids, and presentations.
  10. Coordinate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  11. Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions meeting customer needs.
  12. Present the company's brand, products, and solutions to customers.
  13. Visit customer sites to facilitate solution integration and issue resolution.
  14. Travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering preferred).
  • Excellent communication and business skills.
  • At least 17 years of experience in Compute/Storage Server, Data Center, or IT Infrastructure.
  • Strong background in x86 server architecture, hardware system design, and diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of firmware, Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms is a plus.
  • Strong technical communication and leadership skills for multidisciplinary investigations.
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure.

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $201,000. Compensation depends on location, experience, education, and skills. Benefits include a comprehensive package, with potential bonuses and equity awards.
