Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking a Facilities Representative – 3 to join our Boulder, CO onsite team. You will manage space planning, document facility modifications, and coordinate maintenance activities.

The role requires a high school diploma with 4+ years of experience, a Secret clearance, and proficiency in Archibus, Revit, AutoCAD Mechanical, and Microsoft Office. You will lead projects, liaise with contractors, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and coordinate rapid resolution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Archibus for space management and asset tracking.
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD Mechanical for documenting facility modifications.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive-maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and coordinate rapid resolution.
  • Lead small-to-medium facility modification projects from scope definition through close-out.
  • Review contractor work for compliance with drawings, codes, and standards.
  • Serve as primary technical advisor to senior management on facility-related matters.
  • Interpret building codes and provide guidance to teams and subcontractors.
  • Create cost estimates, budgets, and status reports.
  • Develop preventive-maintenance schedules and track milestones.
  • Track and complete work using CMMS; manage work orders; ensure monthly on-time completion.

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Facilities Representative – 3 to join our team in Boulder, CO. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

Job Description
  • Utilize Archibus, a space‑planning tool, for space management and asset tracking;
  • employ Revit and AutoCAD Mechanical (or equivalent design software) for documentation of facility modifications
  • Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive‑maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and coordinate rapid resolution.
  • Lead small‑to‑medium facility modification projects from scope definition through close‑out.
  • Review contractor work to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and corporate standards.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to senior management on facility‑related matters.
  • Interpret complex building codes, regulations, and internal procedures; provide clear guidance to internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors; act as the liaison for all maintenance and construction activities.
  • Create cost estimates, budget forecasts, and status reports for ongoing projects and maintenance programs.
  • Outline statements of work, schedule contractor support, and track milestones.
  • Develop and implement preventive‑maintenance schedules, documenting performance and adjusting as needed.
  • Track and complete work using computer maintenance management system
  • Receive, manage, and process work order request in a timely manner
  • Ensure monthly on time completion of all assigned work
  • Document processes and maintain all applicable records in database(s)
  • Prepare and present technical progress reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have a High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and coordinate rapid resolution.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Must hold an active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Aerospace Industry Facilities Experience
  • Experience with Facilities Management Systems (Archibus, SAP, AutoCAD, etc.)
Primary Level Salary Range:

$94,200.00 - $141,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
